FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Because we care. “That’ll do” doesn’t cut it for us, which is why we go the extra mile… OK, that one doesn’t quite fit the journey theme because we’d overshoot the destination, but our point still stands. We care about the quality of our work because it matters. Your brand’s reputation is reflected in your content, and we want to make that count. Whether it’s portraying your values, making a strong first impression on a new audience, or simply showing quality. Not just that, but we’re storytellers. We make your audiences feel things. We make your message memorable. We make your brand stand out.

We’re more than a video production company, but not quite an agency either.Think of us as the creatives. We handle the video production side of things, but we also build marketing campaigns from concept to delivery, develop brands and their identity, and support with effective creative strategy. We create content that matters. While we always aim for high-end, cinematic output, we’re storytellers at our core, and story always comes first. If you’re more data-driven, we also work closely with a number of fantastic agencies who specialise in analytics, media buying, ad spend, and performance.

We are currently building a new portfolio, which will be available to view on our website and social channels.* But we get it.... You want to see the quality of our work. Our founder, Jack, has had a varied career as a freelancer, and if there's something you'd like to see, please get in touch. We can direct you to some of his previous work, along with information about the production companies involved. *Some content, such as internal videos, may not be included in our libraries, as it may contain sensitive information.

Of course! We encourage sharing your brand guides, assets, and colour schemes early. Projects and campaigns can have their own branding that is separate from your company’s, but consistency is key!

We are storytellers at heart and we love to help with creative concepts. Whether we’re taking the wheel and creating ideas that suit your brand and project, or guiding your team with ideas that are undeniably yours.

We intentionally do not have an in-house team. Instead, we have a large database of freelancers that we've personally worked with over the years. We know their strengths, personalities, and skill sets, so we can find the right person for your project. As we save on typical overheads, we can keep costs down.

Crew sizes depend on the needs of the project. We aim for a minimum of two people to ensure quality and safety. A typical (small) production would be around 3–4 people: producer, director, camera/lighting, audio. A larger production, such as a commercial, could be around 10–20 crew members on set.

Absolutely, if you have an existing project that needs support, we can provide crew and equipment.
