All fees will be confirmed in writing. Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. 2.2. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Such costs will be discussed and agreed with the Client in advance and will be payable by the Client in addition to JWF’s service fees. 4. Use of Trainee Crew 4.1. In some projects, JWF may utilise trainee crew members. All trainee work will be supervised at all times by an experienced JWF representative to ensure quality and safety. 5. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights 5.1. All intellectual property rights in the final edited video(s) shall pass to the Client upon full payment of all fees and expenses. 5.2. JWF retains the right to use all content produced (including behind-the-scenes material, stills, and extracts of the final production) for its own promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in showreels, case studies, portfolios, social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. 6. Client Responsibilities 6.1. The Client shall ensure that all necessary consents, licences, and permissions (including location access, performer releases, music rights, etc.) are obtained prior to filming, unless otherwise agreed in writing. 6.2. The Client shall provide JWF with all relevant information and assistance required to enable JWF to perform its obligations. 7. Limitation of Liability 7.1. JWF shall exercise reasonable skill and care in the provision of its services. 7.2. JWF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or anticipated savings. 7.3. JWF’s total liability in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the services giving rise to the claim. 8. Cancellations & Postponements 8.1. In the event of cancellation by the Client, JWF reserves the right to charge for all work undertaken up to the date of cancellation, including any non-recoverable third-party costs. 8.2. Postponements may be accommodated at JWF’s discretion, but additional costs may apply. 9. Force Majeure JWF shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure arises from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, strikes, lockouts, accidents, or equipment failure. 10.
